This is a legal agreement between you and IOL Business List. Before joining iolbusinesslist.com, you must first agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not join or sign-up for iolbusinesslist.com

THE SERVICE
As A iolbusinesslist.com member, you will place an e-mail address of your own on IOL Business List. You will be able to modify your information at your personaly assigned iolbusinesslist.com website. All members agree to accept mail from all other members. Members MUST NOT respond to other members ads with another ad. ALL ads must be posted through the proper system. Members caught responding to others adsor harvesting e-mail address will be terminated without notice.

GENERAL
Adult related material, or any illegal material is not to be advertised thru IOL Business List.
If you are dissatisfied with the IOL Business List service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Free members are allowed to mail to 2500 random IOL Business List members once a week at no cost.
Pro members will be charged a monthly fee. Pro members agree to let iolbusinesslist.com charge the agreed monthly fee to the credit card provided by the member. If joining during any free month specials, monthly billing will resume after the free time has expired. At the time the member wishes to cancel his/her account, he/she must let iolbusinesslist.com know of this decision seven business days before his / her billing date.
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE if a customer has already been charged.
Pro members can post to 10000 random free members and 5000 random pro members once a day.
The iolbusinesslist.com service is limited to the original membership holder. Members may not disclose their membership information to non members.

LEGAL STATEMENT
The iolbusinesslist.com service is provided as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. iolbusinesslist.com disclaims any warrant that the service will be error-free, or uninterrupted. iolbusinesslist.com customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless iolbusinesslist.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party. Neither iolbusinesslist.com, its partners or suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising from any transaction or use of the service.
